Toxics Reform Now
Ask your US Representative to Co-sponsor the Toxic Chemical Safety Act of 2010

There’s some good news in Congress and we need your help to make it even better!

Legislation has been introduced in the House of Representatives that, for the first time, would require American industry to ensure that the chemicals in consumer products are safe before they end up on our store shelves, and in our homes, schools, and workplaces. >>Take action today for the Toxic Chemicals Safety Act of 2010!

The proliferation of toxic chemicals in our food, cosmetics, toys, plastics, furniture, and cleaning supplies has forced many of us into a very difficult position: either research every purchase, or risk toxic exposure if we don't know about or can't afford toxic-free products.

The toxics problem is too big and too important to shop our way out - the time has come for real reform that protects everyone. The Toxic Chemicals Safety Act (HR 5820) is the strongest bill ever introduced to protect our families from toxic chemicals.

>>Please ask your US Representative to co-sponsor the Toxic Chemical Safety Act of 2010.

The things we eat, drink, breathe, and put on our bodies - and our children's! - ought to be toxic-free.
